Chowbus offers a referral bonus of $500 for each qualified referral.
Fill out the referral form, our system will capture all information and assign it to the local sales team. Marketing team will be on your side to assist you to walk through your first referral if needed. A referral is considered qualified when the following conditions are met:
The restaurant you referred to must be a new lead and not already in the Chowbus system.
The referred restaurant must NOT enter into a Master Merchant Agreement with Chowbus for POS services.
Once the referred restaurant's Gross Processing Value (GPV) reaches $8000, your referral will qualify for the bonus.
Once your referral qualifies, the Chowbus marketing team will notify you via text message. You will then receive a link to provide your ACH information and a W-9 form via email. After we receive both the ACH information and the signed W-9 form, your bonus payout will be issued.
Ensure that the name provided matches exactly on both the W-9 form and the ACH form. If there are discrepancies or inconsistencies, you may continue to receive messages from Chowbus Marketing to resolve these issues.
You are always welcome to check with our Marketing team about the status of your referral. If there are no updates, it means either the contract has not been signed with Chowbus, or the restaurant has not yet started using the Chowbus POS system.
