Customers can choose to redeem a "10% discount." The staff verifies its availability during the applicable timeframe and manually applies a 10% discount at checkout.
Points can be redeemed for the "Weekday Lunch Combo for Two."
After customers become members and accumulate points, X Pot also utilizes Chowbus' CRM marketing SMS functionality to send various promotional messages to members for secondary marketing. This increases the frequency of communication, narrowing the gap with members.

After dining, customers can check their accumulated and redeemed points in the SMS notification.

After enabling the member points switch, set rules like "Earn Y points for every $X spent."
Enable the "Is Points Category" switch in a category to allow setting the required points for items in that category.
For items that can be redeemed with points, set the required points.
